A brand-new 264-room property requires a complete pre-opening programme — from operational setup and team recruitment to systems implementation and brand positioning. Located in Pampanga, the hotel is set to become a key destination for both business and leisure travellers in the region.

What I Did

• Setting up pre-opening operational framework and timelines
• Establishing departmental structures and recruitment plans
• Developing brand standards and standard operating procedures
• Coordinating with ownership on FF&E, OS&E, and technical services requirements
