The Challenge

The property had been operating as a serviced apartment with limited hotel infrastructure — no centralized front office procedures, inconsistent service delivery, and an events facility that was underutilized. The goal is to rebrand and reposition the property as a competitive hotel and events venue in one of the Philippines' most popular leisure destinations.

What I Did

• Conducting operational audit of existing apartment operations and identifying gaps for hotel conversion
• Developing new SOPs for front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
• Restructuring the team and establishing hotel-standard service culture
• Repositioning the events facilities to capture MICE and social events market
